My Story

I help companies implement Agile in Teams, Projects/Programs/Services, and Value Steams/Portfolios. I have successfully designed and executed Agile Transformation Strategy for multiple leading companies, and have improved Agile Product Management, Agile Project Management, Agile Maturity, Governance, Agile Mindset & Culture. In my transformations, I have implemented Scaled Agile Frameworks, Customized Agile Frameworks, Scrum of Scrums, XP, SAFe, Spotify, Lean, Kanban, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.

I have implemented Product Centered Operating Model in Portfolios, and have helped accelerate Product Management and Program Management Capabilities with Objective and Key Results (OKR) Framework, Prioritization, Funding, Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and Governance Models.

I coach and run Accelerator Programs for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Leaders/Stakeholders, Teams, and create Community of Practices (CoPs). I implement Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) to help organizations promote, drive and govern successful Agile Transformations with active stakeholder engagement.
